Jamie – Founder & Local Legend
Jamie is the heart and soul of The Lizard’s Lair. Born and bred right here in Crewe, he’s been immersed in all things magical and miniature for as long as he can remember. From painting Warhammer armies to collecting Pokémon cards and rolling dice in epic Dungeons & Dragons campaigns, Jamie’s love for the tabletop world runs deep. He created The Lizard’s Lair with one goal in mind: to give Crewe a welcoming space where gamers of all backgrounds can connect, play, and build lasting friendships.

Neil – Terrain Master & 3D Printing Wizard
Hailing from Bolton, Neil brings a unique flair to the team with his incredible skills in 3D printing, model railways, and terrain crafting. Whether it’s a detailed diorama or a fully immersive gaming board, Neil’s creativity and craftsmanship bring our tables to life. His outsider status only adds to the diverse perspective of The Lizard’s Lair, and his passion for the hobby makes him an integral part of the experience we offer.

Tracie – The Brush Queen & Board Builder
Tracie, Neil’s partner-in-crime and fellow hobby enthusiast, shares his love for terrain building and wargaming. A true master with a paintbrush, Tracie’s artistic touch can be seen in the stunning details of our 3D gaming boards. Often found tucked away in “the cupboard” crafting incredible battlegrounds from scratch, she brings colour, creativity, and a whole lot of heart to The Lizard’s Lair. Her dedication to the craft helps make every game here a visual feast.

The Mystery One – The Hidden Hand of the Lair
Like the wizards of Phandalin, this elusive figure rarely shows their face, preferring to remain cloistered in their tower, perfecting arcane arts and secret projects. Some say they whisper to the dice, others claim they craft worlds beyond comprehension — whatever the truth, The Mystery One plays a vital (if shadowy) role in the magic behind The Lizard’s Lair. You may not see them, but you’ll certainly feel their presence in every game night, every campaign, and every roll of the dice.

Rachael – Queen of the Reptiles
Rachael brings a unique charm (and the occasional scale) to The Lizard’s Lair. Known as the Queen of the Reptiles, she can often be found wandering the corridors of the Lair with a snake or lizard in hand — or on her shoulder! While not a natural gamer herself, Rachael’s passion lies in the world of creatures and conversation. But beware: ask her anything about Doctor Who and you may find yourself still talking next week. Her warmth, wit, and love for all things sci-fi make her a beloved part of the Lair’s ever-growing family.
