Well, i thought it was finally time to start a weekly update to let you know of all the things that are going on behind the scenes. As many of you know Im Neil, and i keep thinks ticking over in the background from preorders to staffing to making sure things are in the right place at the right time. I look after most meetings while jay is doing the day job and feed back any important info and we make all decisions together.
We have a lot to look forward to over the coming weeks with some pre releases due to come live from a range of different wholesalers and a range of different game types.
First of all Warhammer will be doing there range update over the next couple of weeks, we are expecting some really nice boxes in, from Orks Starter Sets to new Paint and figure combo sets, its looking to be a great update from the GW team. We will have them in store as soon as possible, if you see anything online that interests you please get in touch and we see what we can do to get them in.
Lorcana – The new set of lorcana boosters are due this month, disappointingly we have found out our allocation has been cut from what we asked for, but we are working hard with our other wholesalers to make sure we have a good collection in store and to fulfil all preorders that have been requested all ready.
Wizards of the Coast – Our launch of the new Marvel Magic Cards and the new D&D has gone really well. We are at our highest number of both magic and D&D players, we are looking into what we can do to add more seats to these events and grow them even further, We are also recruiting more Dungeons Masters, if your interested get in touch.
Hobbit Magic Release – We have recieved our allocation for this and are happy with the numbers, tickets for our pre releases are nearly sold out so get in touch if your interested.
Mint Keeper – We have managed to secure an account with Mint Keeper, they offer a range of affordable sleeves and premium binders that zip shut for nearly the same price as the binders we have. These will be appearing early autumn as we wait for a range of colours to come back in stock.
Pokemon – As always this takes up a lot of my time constantly searching for stock and keeping an eye on pre orders for future releases. At present i have nothing to update on this, we may have some Korean and Japanese due soon, but English is still like rocking horse muck. If we are offered any at a price that makes it affordable to you, we will buy it, but we wont buy any in that goes over what we deem to be our ceiling price.
